New Management Team Restores Brilliance to Contact Image 2007

Montreal, May 14, 2007-Large-format print specialist Contact Image has been bolstered by new ownership and transformed into a revitalized company with a solid new management team in place. The previous administration of Contact Image filed for bankruptcy and the assets of the company were acquired by prominent Montreal business leader and founder of Unican Security Systems, Mr. Aaron Fish, and accomplished senior management executive Mr. Jim Topolniski.
Mr. Fish, the entrepreneur who grew Unican from a three-employee company to an international world leader in the access control industry, is a recognized Montreal-based innovator known for visionary thinking and business acumen. "After examining the company's assets, strengths and potential for leading the industry in large-format printing, I couldn't let an opportunity like this pass by. We now have the right management team in place to make Contact Image the company it should be," says Fish.
Jim Topolniski brings a track record of operational excellence to the new Contact Image. As Unican's former Director of Communications - Americas, he spent the past thirty-five years working in Canada and the US directing operations of the communications and printing departments of Ilco Unican (now Kaba Ilco). Topolniski was the first to bring small format waterless, UV card printing technology to the North American market. He says, "As the new owners of Contact Image, we recognize the incredible potential of the printing capabilities and professionalism of the core staff, and we are streamlining operations accordingly, investing in technology and offering imaginative new solutions for our customers."
